The world's first 18.3-meter spiral and longitudinal dual-process new energy welded pipe production line, along with CNPC Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.'s new energy pipe manufacturing project, is located at CNPC BOSS (Qinhuangdao) Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province. This project fills the domestic gap in the field of new energy welded pipes and will provide robust support for China's hydrogen energy, carbon dioxide transportation, and pipeline construction for major energy projects.
The new energy pipe manufacturing production line achieves flexible switching between longitudinal welded pipe and spiral welded pipe processes, creating two world firsts: the world's inaugural production line integrating both longitudinal and spiral welded pipe processes, and the first 18.3-meter modular structural forming machine as core production equipment, reaching world-leading standards. The project establishes three industry benchmarks in intelligent manufacturing, green production efficiency, and product performance.
