The project plans to construct a new 10 mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, a 1.2 mt/a ethylene cracker, and other refining and chemical units, while upgrading existing facilities. The total investment is approximately 80.29 billion yuan.
The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit adopts a process flow of electric desalting + flash tower + atmospheric column + vacuum column, integrated with multiple energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies.
Upon completion, the project will significantly enhance crude oil processing efficiency and ethylene production capacity. Additionally, it will include downstream chemical units such as polyethylene, polypropylene, butadiene, and styrene, covering the entire production chain from refining to advanced chemical materials. This will achieve efficient resource conversion and higher product added value.
