The unit is designed to process 440,000 tons of oil sludge per year, with an operating flexibility of 50%-110%. After the filtration unit is put into operation, the quality of oil sludge will be further improved, and the sources of oil sludge raw materials will be broadened, thereby enhancing the capacity of petroleum needle coke.
The products produced by the unit, including refined oil sludge, meet the required specifications, marking the successful start-up of the entire unit. The raw material is oil sludge, and the products are hydrotreated and refined oil sludge, gasoline and diesel. After the unit is put into operation, it will effectively improve the quality of oil sludge, broaden the sources of oil sludge raw materials, and enhance the capacity of coke products.
