Petro-china Jilin Petrochemical Company transformation and upgrading project with a total investment of 33.9 billion yuan, will build 1.2 mt/a ethylene, 600kt/a ABS and other 21 sets of refining and chemical plants.
On June 17, 2024, Jilin Petrochemical 200kt/a bulk method ABS device and 400kt/a emulsion method ABS device have been fully started construction, and are planned to be delivered in the first half of 2025, when the total ABS production capacity of Jilin Petrochemical will reach 1.8 mt/a, ranking first in China and third in the world.
