The device uses the residual heat of the catalytic reaction to produce high-pressure steam to drive the turbine to generate electricity. The project gas division unit and the catalytic cracking unit form a thermal combined unit. All the heat required by the gas division unit is supplied by the catalytic unit, and steam is no longer consumed under normal operating conditions.
The project adopts the domestic first "bag dust removal + sodium desulphurization/sodium sulfite recovery" catalytic flue gas desulphurization process, which achieves the goal of ultra-clean flue gas discharge and basically does not produce salt-containing wastewater.
The new unit not only achieves a significant reduction in emissions, but also enables solid waste recycling. For example, recycling industrial salt not only saves processing costs and brings environmental benefits, but also increases annual income by tens of millions yuan.
