Hainan refining and refining renovation and expansion project is one of the key projects of the national petrochemical industry planning, but also a key project of Hainan Province and China Petrochemical industry, with a total investment of more than 28 billion yuan.
Hainan Refining and Chemical 1 mt/a ethylene and refinery renovation and expansion project includes 14 sets of production process units, 10 sets of new production process units in the chemical industry area, 4 sets of new production process units in the refining area, ethylene and the refinery area are about 10 kilometers apart. After the project completed and put into operation, it is expected to directly stimulate more than 100 billion yuan of downstream industries and become a new engine for the future development of Hainan.
