Yulong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is located in Yulong Island, Longkou, Yantai City, Shandong Province. The 40 million tons/year Yulong Island refining and chemical integration project is a benchmark project for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province.
The project will be implemented in two phases. The first phase of the project is to build a crude oil processing capacity of 20 mt/a and an ethylene plant of 3 mt/a. The main construction of 10 mt/a atmospheric distillation unit and 10 mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and a series of oil refining processing equipment and two sets of 1.5 mt/a ethylene equipment and 500kt/a styrene equipment and other sets of advanced chemical process equipment.
