China Chemical Engineering Group Corporation (CCECC) signed a FEED+EPC general contract for the Baltic Chemical Complex (BCC) project in Russia with RusGasDobycha. The project is the largest ethylene integration project in the world and the largest single contract value in the global petrochemical field, with a contract value of about 12 billion euros.
The project is located in Jingishep, Leningrad Region, Russia, independently invested and constructed by RusGasDobycha, constructed and implemented by China Chemical Engineering Seventh Construction Company Limited, a subsidiary of Chem-China.The scale of the project is 2.8 million tons of ethylene, 2.88 million tons of polyethylene and other petrochemical plants, using the world's most advanced technology.
