The 700kt/a aromatics complex plant of Fuzhou United Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is composed of hydrogenation, catalytic reforming, aromatics extraction, aromatics separation, disproportionation, isomerization and adsorption separation. Naphtha is used as raw material through the above unit, and through chemical reaction under the action of catalyst, p-xylene is produced by extraction, separation and adsorption. The F501 disproportionation feed heating furnace in the unit has an internal temperature of nearly 500 degrees and is equipped with eight burners, including two gas, six oil and gas fuels.
The project includes aromatics de-bottleneck, low-temperature heat recovery and reheating furnace waste heat recovery system transformation, etc. The output of paraxylene will reach 1 million tons/year after the commissioning, the energy consumption of the device will be reduced by more than 20%, and the first pioneering application of energy-saving new technology and new equipment has accumulated valuable experience for the future promotion and application of a new generation of aromatics low-temperature thermal efficient recovery and utilization technology.
