The project is located in Dongming Petrochemical Industrial Park, with a planned total investment of 11.07 billion yuan, covering a total area of more than 1,400 mu and a total construction area of nearly 80,000 square meters.
The main construction of 300kt/a UPC test device, 100kt/a butadiene extraction device, 8/50kt/a MTBE/ butene-1 device, 550kt/a light aromatics hydrogenation device, 350kt/a aromatics extraction device, as well as supporting power station, circulating water, power transformation and distribution, storage and transportation tank area and other auxiliary engineering and public engineering facilities. Annual processing of crude oil 1.06 mt/a.
The project adopts direct catalytic cracking of crude oil to produce olefin (UPC) technology, which can directly convert full distillate crude oil into high value-added ethylene, propylene and other chemical raw materials, eliminating complex crude fractiation, hydrogenation and other processes. It is a key technology to break through the "bottleneck" of catalytic cracking of crude oil to produce olefin, breaking the existing process route structure of the global petrochemical industry. It provides a new technical path for crude oil refining and ethylene processing.
