Nangang Ethylene Project, with 1.2 mt/a Nangang ethylene cracker as the leader, the industrial chain extends the construction of α-olefin, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and other high-end new material devices, of which 11 sets of devices using the advanced technology of Sinopec's independent intellectual property rights, the construction period is about 22 months.
The project will build 1.2 mt/a ethylene unit, 600kt/a cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit, 500kt/a HDPE unit, 380kt/a aromatizing extraction unit, 350kt/a PP unit, 300kt/a LLDPE unit, 300kt/a acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin (ABS) unit, 200kt/a alpha-olefin (LAO) device, 150kt/a butadiene device, 130kt/a acrylonitrile device, 100kt/a ultra-high molecular weight (UHMWPE) device, 100kt/a polyolefin elastomer (POE) device. Production is expected to begin in 2024.
