Yueyang Area 1 mt/a Ethylene refining and Chemical Integration Project (original name: Yueyang Area 1.5 mt/a Ethylene Refining and Chemical Integration Project) is located in Changling North New District and Baling Old District, Green Chemical High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, invested by Baling Branch of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Limited and China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Limited. The project investment is 28.617 million yuan. Total land area 254.9 hectares, a total of 14 sets of process equipment:
One is to arrange 10 sets of devices in Changling North New District, with a land area of 200 hectares, all of which are newly expropriated. Mainly steam cracking, cracking gasoline hydrogenation, aromatic extraction, aromatic benzene, butadiene extraction, styrene extraction, MTBE(methyl tert-butyl ether)/ butene-1, EVA(ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer), HDPE(high density polyethylene), LLDPE(linear low density polyethylene) and other devices.
Second, Baling old area to arrange 4 sets of devices, land 38.5 hectares (new levy 14.2 hectares). There are mainly carbon five separation, PO(propylene oxide), phenol/acetone and bisphenol A and other devices.
