The project currently has 1# 100kt/a EVA equipment on the south and west sides. The south side of the project land is reserved for development, the east side is a three-dimensional warehouse, the established EVA and HDPE plant area, the north side is an ethylene plant area, and the west side is the first circulation water farm of the chemical industry area.
The total investment of this project is 1938.53 million yuan, covering an area of 45000m2.
This project will build a set of 100,000 tons/year EVA device, including the main production device, supporting the construction of circulating water farm, storage, water supply and drainage, fire protection, electrical equipment and other auxiliary public facilities.
It is reported that the EVA products produced in this project use Lyondellbasell's autoclave polymerization process technology.
As early as March 3, the first set of 100kt/a EVA unit of Zhongke Refining and Chemical was put into operation, which introduced the advanced technology of the autoclave polymerization process of Lyander Bassel Company in Germany, which can produce ethylene - vinyl acetate polymerization products and high pressure low density polyethylene homopolymer products, filling the gap in the EVA production of Sinopec in South China market.
After the newly launched No. 2 100kt EVA device is put into operation, the company's EVA production capacity will reach 200kt/a.
