Daqing Petrochemical held a new 200kt/a ABS project delivery ceremony, which marked that the ABS finished product warehouse project has reached the China delivery standard, and the construction of Daqing Petrochemical's new 200kt/a ABS device has been steadily promoted as planned.
The project belongs to the new 200kt/a ABS equipment auxiliary facility of Daqing Petrochemical Company. The total construction area of the warehouse is 12,510 square meters, which mainly provides packaging, palletizing, storage and transportation facilities and venues for the pellet products produced by ABS process equipment. The building is composed of four parts: packaging building, power distribution room, finished product warehouse and auxiliary room. The structural form is reinforced concrete frame structure and portal steel frame structure. The roof adopts grid structure and the ground adopts dustproof and wear resistant materials.
Construction of the project began in April 2022, and it is scheduled to be completed on April 30, 2024. The newly built 200kt/a ABS device is planned to produce 100,000 tons of ABS general material and 100,000 tons of ABS special material per year, which increases the ABS product production capacity of Daqing Petrochemical Company from 100,000 tons to 300,000 tons. After the installation is completed, it will give full play to the technical characteristics and product advantages of ABS, enhance the profitability of Daqing Petrochemical Company, enhance the competitiveness of petrochina ABS products, promote the technological progress of ABS industry, and play a positive role in promoting local economic development.
