Recently, the Fujian Fuhai Chuang condensate separation and vacuum distillation unit renovation project undertaken by China Construction and Installation Petrochemical Engineering Company was officially completed and put into operation. As a key project under construction in Fujian Province in 2022, China Construction and Installation Petrochemical Engineering Company undertakes the task of eliminating shortages and expanding capacity transformation of vacuum distillation unit and condensate oil separation unit, as well as the construction of supporting storage and transportation and public works. After putting into operation, the annual output of condensate oil can reach 5.5 million tons, and the annual output of vacuum distillation unit can reach 3.4 million tons. At the same time, the bottleneck problem existing in the existing production plant can be eliminated, and Gulei Petrochemical Industry Park can be built into an important petrochemical base in Fujian Province, and help the local economy and industry development.
The defect elimination and capacity expansion of condensate separation unit is one of the core construction contents of Fuhaicang project. According to the design requirements, the mercury removal unit needs to be removed from the condensate separation unit and rebuilt in the vacuum distillation unit. The total volume of the mercury removal unit is more than 10,000 cubic meters, and the total weight is 1,000 tons.
