The acid production unit of the raw material plant of Baling Petrochemical caprolactam Relocation project includes two units of sulfur acid production and hydrogen sulfide acid production, among which the sulfur acid production unit adopts Sinopec sulfur two-to-two-suction technology, and the design scale is 660,000 tons per year. The ignition of the incinerator is the key equipment of sulfur acid production unit, which needs to be heated 4 times, constant temperature 4 times and cooled 1 time to eliminate the moisture accumulated between the furnace lining refractory brick and insulation brick, and improve the strength and service life of the furnace. The ignition oven is a necessary link before the device starts.
The power plant of Baling Petrochemical caprolactam industry Chain Relocation project is one of the supporting public engineering system devices of the project, responsible for providing different grades of steam, desalted water and power supply for the new caprolactam industry chain device, which is mainly composed of four 480-ton high temperature and high pressure pulverized coal boilers, three 50MW steam turbine generators, and supporting desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal systems. Construction by Sinopec Fifth Construction Company, civil construction started on June 30, 2021, and steel structure installation began on September 10. Among them, the No. 3 boiler drum will be lifted and installed on November 30, 2021; The hydraulic test will be completed on June 1, 2022. On March 30, 2023, the intermediate handover will be achieved and the production preparation stage will be entered. Other furnaces will be delivered in succession in the near future, and debugging will be carried out according to the project construction arrangement.
The first boiler of the power station of Baling Petrochemical's 600,000 tons of caprolactam industry chain relocation and upgrading transformation development project was successfully fired, marking that the construction of the power station of the project has fully entered the stage of hot commissioning, promoting the purge and target shooting of high-pressure steam pipelines and air separation devices, and laying the foundation for the full-scale commissioning of the project.
