The 3×82000 Nm3/h (O2) complete set of air separation equipment signed by Hang Oxygen and Hang Oxygen Group and North Huajin United Petrochemical Co., LTD., mainly serves North Huajin United fine chemical and raw material engineering projects. The project is located in Panjin, Liaoning Province, with a total of 32 sets of 15 million tons/year refining, ethylene, PX and other process plants, as well as supporting public works and auxiliary facilities.
The project is jointly funded by Huajin Group, a subsidiary of China North Industries Group, Saudi Aramco and Panjin Xincheng Group, and implemented by Huajin Aramco Petrochemical Co., LTD., with a total investment of 83.7 billion yuan. The project is a major project of the "Belt and Road" Initiative between China and Saudi Arabia, which has been included in the national planning, is an important part of the oil and petrochemical industry chain of North Industries Group, and the key to the construction of Panjin's important petrochemical and fine chemical industry base in the country. After the implementation of the project, it will drive the construction of a number of upstream and downstream industrial chain supporting projects, forming a trend of industrial agglomeration and development featuring high-end polyolefin, new materials and new energy.
