High-quality development puts forward higher requirements for environmental protection. It is difficult to meet the requirements of deep removal of various pollutants generated by coal combustion in the industrial field with the upgrade of a single technology. In the context of ultra-clean emissions, this integrated coal-fired pollutant control device uses a combination of deep staged combustion in the furnace and a new environmental protection island process outside the furnace to prevent coal-burning pollution such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter. The generation, control, and removal of substances are reconstructed, and the integrated control is realized with the new technology of 3-stage denitrification + 2-stage dust removal + 2-stage desulfurization.
Beginning in July 2016, led by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, in conjunction with North China Electric Power University and other 12 academies, undertook the national key research and development program "clean coal utilization and new energy-saving technology" special project, and successively developed key core equipment high temperature Dust collector, microporous SCR catalyst, high-efficiency ozone generator and new type desulfurization spray tower, etc., from the small-scale test of the whole process of 410t/h coal-fired boiler to the whole process test device of 5000Nm3/h in 2018, the project unit has undergone nearly 5 Joint research in the year, completed the research and development of a complete set of core equipment and control software, and formed 20 invention patents.
On May 27th, relevant experts from 13 units including the High-Tech Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, and the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences conducted an on-site inspection of this integrated device for coal-fired boiler pollutants based on high-temperature dust removal , Data shows that many emission standards are better than national standards.
The person concerned said that the project has formed the research results of one-box high-temperature dust removal microporous denitrification, pre-oxidation deep denitrification, and integrated control of multiple pollutants. The commissioning of this set of equipment can effectively solve the large investment in traditional ultra-low emission transformation. The problem of high energy consumption has promoted the technological revolution in the energy-saving and environmental protection industry of coal power, and opened up a new path for the green development and utilization of coal.
