Recently, Baling Petrochemical`s caprolactam unit had an "interesting thing" on site. An "angry bird" was spotted on the camphor tree on the main road of public works installations. Within a week, more than 20 employees were "attacked" by the same bird.
"The black birds, one dived down! One after the other lifted up, just listening to the bang of the helmet, it can be described as a precise blow!" Job employee Shen Xiang smiled and described the scene of the bird "attacking people". Witnesses said that when a bird attacked a person, there would be a sharp "bird song".
Frequent "attacks" have made employees discover an interesting pattern. As long as they don't wear red helmets, they won't be "attacked" by birds. An attentive employee discovered that there was a newly built bird's nest hidden in the lush tree canopy. In the nest, three young birds that had recently hatched were wailing with their mouths open. Based on this analysis: The bird is likely to be more sensitive to the red helmet, and is worried about threats to the baby bird, so it will attack people.
Looking at the young birds waiting to be fed, the employees were moved by this brave mother bird who "guarded the cubs". In the end, the employees at the position unanimously decided to take a detour before the bird grows up and let the bird make a home in the green petrochemical "park".
It is understood that this is not the first time that Bird has settled in Baling Petrochemical, known as the "Deep Forest Factory". Since 2010, from December to January each year, the Baling Petrochemical production plant will present a picture of harmony between humans and birds. Thousands of sericulture starlings sometimes soar into the sky, and sometimes live in pairs on the trees around the installation. When they are hungry, they eat the seeds on the trees, and when they are thirsty, they fall into the ditch beside the installation to drink water.
This has become a major feature of the Baling Petrochemical Public Open Day. After the visit, the public expressed one after another: [I didn`t expect the environment here to be so good. It`s really fragrant. It`s hard to see the magnificent sight of `all birds flying together` in the park! I would like to praise the green development of Baling Petrochemical!"
