This project has a total investment of approximately 245.2336 billion yuan. The main construction works and facilities include:
A new 1.2 mt/a ethylene cracking unit,
A 400kt/a HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) unit,
Two sets of 400kt/a FDPE (Full-Density Polyethylene) units,
A 1.3 mt/a CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) facility, along with a total of 12 other units. Supporting infrastructure will include auxiliary production facilities, in-plant utilities, dedicated external railway lines, and a residential base.
