The project utilizes innovative technology to upgrade the company's by-product hydrogen system, using proprietary technologies and equipment such as high-temperature direct chlorination reactors, oxygen chlorination reactors, EDC cracking furnaces, heat exchangers, incinerators, and gas compressors. It fully utilizes the reaction heat and waste gas and waste liquid incineration heat generated during the process.
Upon completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of vinyl chloride and ethylene dichloride, as well as 24,600 tons of by-product hydrochloric acid. The total chloroethylene capacity of the plant is 600kt/a, all of which is used as raw material for the PVC plant. The annual output value is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan.
