The project supports the construction of upc combined unit and steam cracking ethylene production unit to provide large-scale and competitive basic raw materials for the production of new downstream chemical materials and special chemicals. Construction of eva/ldpe, po/sm, abs, fdpe, m-lldpe, olefin, uhmwpe, m-pp, phenol/acetone, epoe and other chemical plants to produce high value-added chemical products.
