The investment of the project is 1.93billion, and the construction of the refining project includes 10 mt/a crude oil processing complete sets of process equipment and supporting oil storage and transportation, public works and auxiliary engineering facilities.
The total process flow of the project is mainly to produce clean fuel and take into account the processing plan of petrochemical development, namely: atmospheric and vacuum distillation - wax oil hydrocracking - residual oil hydrodesulfurization - heavy oil catalytic cracking - hydrorefining process. The main equipment involved in the project includes: atmospheric and vacuum furnace, vacuum tower, hydrocracking reactor, catalytic cracking regenerator, hydrorefining reactor, hydrodesulfurization reactor, compressor, etc.
