The investment of the project is 547031 million yuan, which is divided into two projects:
Project 1 : 950kt/a ethylene expansion and energy efficiency improvement project of Fushun Petrochemical Company. The main construction scale and contents are as follows: 800kt/a ethylene plant expansion to 950kt/a, 160kt/a butadiene extraction plant expansion to 180kt/a, 40kt/a 1 butene and 80kt/a MTBE plant expansion to 50kt/a and 100kt/a, new downstream 200kt/a solution polyethylene plant, 150kt/a polypropylene plant.
Project 2: Refining structure optimization project of reforming and hydrogenating unit of Fushun Petrochemical Company. The main construction scale and content are: new 1 mt/a continuous reforming unit, 700kt/a kerosene hydrogenating unit, and 1.8 mt/a diesel refining unit for adaptive renovation to increase naphtha production.
