Sinopec Ningbo Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company Limited is one of the largest petrochemical bases in China, with a crude oil processing capacity of 23 mt/a and ethylene production capacity of 1 mt/a.
According to the overall plan of Sinopec, the expansion of 15 mt/a refining and 1.2 mt/a ethylene project has been launched, the total investment of the project is 50 billion yuan, after completion, Zhenhai Refining and Chemical will form an annual refining capacity of 38 mt/a and ethylene 2.2 mt/a, becoming the world's top five refining and chemical production base.
