Hunan Petrochemical 1 mt/a continuous catalytic reforming unit

The project adopts Sinopec ultra-low pressure continuous reforming technology (SLCR) and domestic reforming catalyst PS-VI to produce C6/C7 (carbon 6/ carbon 7) distillates, mixed xylene and high-octane gasoline components with straight-run naphtha and mixed naphtha from the tank area as raw materials, and produces reformed hydrogen as a by-product. Build a set of 1 mt/a reforming, 400kt/a aromatics extraction and 40,000 standard cubic meters/year reforming hydrogen enrichment joint device, supporting a new 5000 tons/hour circulating water cooling tower, high, low pressure torch and acid gas torch each. After the project is completed and put into operation, the company's gasoline product quality, energy consumption and emissions will reach the leading level in China, meet the product quality upgrade, and improve the hydrogen supply and guarantee capacity. At present, the project is undergoing civil construction, land pipeline, water supply and drainage construction, of which 85% of the civil foundation has been completed, 40% of the land pipeline project has been completed, it is expected to be delivered in December 2024, and the commissioning will be started in the first quarter of 2025.
