The parameters and performance of the world's largest single set of propane dehydrogenation unit with an annual output of 1 million tons of Zhongjing Petrochemical plant in Fuqing are running normally and meet the technical requirements of patents and designs. This means that the newly invested phase II propane dehydrogenation plant of Zhongjing Petrochemical is fully put into operation and has reached production.
The project, with a total investment of 4 billion yuan and an annual output value of 10 billion yuan, uses propane dehydrogenation to propylene technology to provide high-purity propylene raw materials for downstream enterprises.
After the Zhongjing Petrochemical project is fully put into operation, it can produce 3 million tons of propylene, 4 million tons of polypropylene, 1.5 million tons of maleic anhydride and 1 million tons of butanediol per year, becoming the world's largest propylene and polypropylene production base.
