The refining and Chemical transformation and upgrading project is located in Longtan District, Jilin City, Jilin Province. It is invested by Jilin Petrochemical Branch of petrochina Co., LTD., with an investment of 24,932 million yuan.
The project will build 2.4 mt/a residual oil hydrogenation, 2 mt/a wax oil hydrocracking (including 200kt/a naphtha isomerization separation), 200kt/a C2 recovery unit, 20kt/a sulfur recovery (including acidic water vapor mentioned solvent regeneration), and supporting public works and auxiliary works.
After the project was completed and put into operation, the overall energy consumption and environmental protection emission indicators of the device were further reduced, which was at the advanced level in China.
