The main construction is 300kt/a butane pretreatment, 150kt/a n-butane to maleic anhydride, 200kt/a CO2 recovery, 200kt/a vinyl carbonate, 120kt/a methyl ethyl carbonate, 10kt/aacetaldehyde recovery, 45kt/h partial oxidation of natural gas, 350kt/a acetic acid, 100kt/a vinyl acetate, 150kt/a EV A device (kettle type), 200kt/a EVA device (pipe type), 250kt/a butane pretreatment (including 100kt/a isobutane normal structure), 150kt/a butane maleic anhydride, 150kt/a BDO, 100kt/a butane acid, 50kt/a PBS device, 46kt/ar polytetrahydrofuran device, 100kt/a propylene carbonate A total of 18 sets of devices.
The project is scheduled to be completed in trial production by the end of December 2024, and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 12.4 billion yuan.
The project focuses on the development of EVA, BDO and other high value-added fine chemicals and high-performance products, the project uses ethylene, natural gas, butane and other raw materials to produce acetic acid, vinyl acetate, EVA and other products, forming natural gas, acetic acid, vinyl acetate, EVA and butane, maleic anhydride, BDO, PTMEG and other industrial chains. It plays an important role in strengthening the chain for the petrochemical industry layout of Quangang, and further drives the economic development of Quanzhou.
