With a total investment of nearly 20 billion yuan, the construction of 3 mt/a K-COT (catalytic cracking to olefin) device and 660kt/a ethylbenzene device is based on naphtha, C5 distillate, residual liquid, C4 alkyne, benzene and other main raw materials produced by constant power refining and chemical integration. 300kt/a ABS (acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), styrene (S) terpolymer) device, 300kt/a butanoctyl alcohol device, 200kt/a polyether polyol device, 260kt/a acrylonitrile device 50kt/a butyl acetate device, 30kt/a polybutene-1 device, 100kt/a methylamine /DMF (N, n-dimethylformamide) device a total of 12 sets of main devices and supporting public auxiliary and environmental protection projects.
On September 6, 2023, Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) new materials project 300kt/aadipic acid plant was officially put into operation.
The 300,000-ton/adipic acid plant is one of the main process production units of Hengli Petrochemical's new material supporting chemical project. The project started construction on May 5, 2022. The advanced process hydration method in the patented technology of China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. is used to produce cyclohexanol, and dilute nitric acid is used as raw material to produce high-end adipic acid products.
