Sinochem Quanzhou Refining and Chemical Integration Project (Phase II) has a total investment of about 32.5 billion yuan. Relying on the 12 mt/a refining project that has been completed and put into operation, 13 sets of refining and chemical plants, as well as related supporting storage and transportation, terminals and public utilities, have been built and expanded, making the crude oil processing capacity reach 15 mt/a refining. At the same time, 1 mt/a ethylene project (including 800kt/a aromatics) was implemented.
The construction site of the project is located in Dongqiao Town, Quanhui Petrochemical Industrial Zone, Hui 'an County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, covering an area of about 6541 mu. The process equipment and scale of the project are 11 sets of chemical equipment. Including 1 mt/a ethylene cracking device, 100kt/a EVA device, 400kt/a HDPE device, 350kt/a PP device, 120kt/a butadiene extraction device, 10/30,000 tons/year MTBE device/butene-1 package 500kt/a cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit, 350kt/a aromatics extraction unit, 800kt/a dimethyl unit; Two sets of oil refining units, including a new 3 mt/a atmospheric distillation unit and 450kt/a refinery dry gas prerefining unit.
