The project includes α-olefin plant (1kt/a 1-hexene condition and 300t/a 1-octene condition, the two conditions share a set of equipment, do not run at the same time, production only according to one operation condition, according to the production of 8000 hours/year design, according to different catalysts to different target products), as well as supporting products tank farm and loading station.
The construction site of this project is located in Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. 40 mt/a refining and chemical integration project of the first phase of the reserved land, covers an area of 3800 square meters, the total investment: 1136586 million yuan.
Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. uses the existing ethylene plant to provide raw materials, and adopts Zhejiang Zhiying Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. and universities to jointly develop selective ethylene trimer and ethylene tetrpolymerization into 1-hexene and 1-octene catalyst system and production process (domestic independent research and development process technology). Construction of α-olefin units in petrochemical bases (including 1kt/a 1-hexene condition and 300t/a 1-octene condition, the two conditions are not operated at the same time, and only one condition is operated during production).
It is reported that Zhejiang Petrochemical has two sets of 450kt/a full density polyethylene devices, a single set of 1-octene 19.3kt/a, 1-hexene 1.63kt/a, all of which are currently purchased. After the products of this project pass the quality inspection, all will be sent to the full density polyethylene device for using.
