Hengli Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. is the main body of the 20 million tons refining and chemical integration project of Dalian Changxing Island. Heavy oil processing route. Refining materials around the world are becoming more and more heavy, and often determine the profitability of refineries. The Hengli Refining & Chemical Project produces more aromatics, so the goal of residue processing is to convert it to HC raw materials as much as possible to obtain more heavy naphtha. The project heavy oil processing adopts fluidized bed hydrocracking (H-Oil process) + solvent deasphalting combined process, straight-run diesel and boiling bed diesel to diesel HC, straight-run wax oil, bubbling bed wax oil and DAO dewax oil HC , Boiling bed UCO to SDA, part of the HC tail oil to the oil isomerized dewaxing. The conversion rate of the residue of the scheme is up to 90%, and the weight of the reforming raw material heavy naphtha is maximized.
Source of naphtha. The aromatics complex consists of three sets of 3.2 million tons of continuous reforming units. The reforming raw materials are mainly from naphtha hydrogenation, diesel hydrocracking, wax hydrocracking heavy naphtha, and a small amount of purchased as a supplement.
