As a key project in Shandong Province, the Vacuum Distillation and Atmospheric Distillation Complex is the "flagship unit" of the Yulong Island Refinery and Petrochemical Integration (Phase I) Project, located in the Yulong Petrochemical Industrial Park in Longkou, Yantai, Shandong Province, dengan area konstruksi 88.600 meter persegi. Kandungan konstruksi mencakup unit distilasi vakum 10mt/A, unit distilasi atmosfer 10mt/A, dua unit pemulihan LPG, dua unit pemulihan hidrokarbon ringan, dua unit desulfurisasi, dan fasilitas pendukung.
Upon completion and commencement of operation, the project will realize the full-process high-value utilization of crude oil by constructing a complete industrial chain for refining and petrochemicals, accelerating the metamorphosis and upgrading of Shandong's high-end petrochemical industry, and aiming to build Pangkalan Industri Petrokimia High-End "terkemuka di dalam negeri".
