The project includes Newly built 1.4 mt/a of ethylene, 300kt/a of vinyl acetate, 380kt/a of polyether polyols, 27/600,000 tons/year of PO/SM, 40/250,000 tons/year of phenolacetone, 250kt/a of butadiene extraction, 350kt/a of high-density polyethylene, 400kt/a of ABS, 100kt/a of HRG latex, 60kt/a of melonized butadiene & 100kt/a rare earth butadiene rubber, 750kt/a cracked gasoline hydrogenation, 100kt/a styrene & 30kt/a ethylbenzene extraction, 600kt/a styrene, 200kt/a vinyl carbonate (including 240kt/a ethylene glycol plant carbon dioxide recovery), 800kt/a ethylene glycol, film bag plant and other equipment and supporting tank farm, air separation device, ground torch Packaging and storage, recycling water, accident pool and rainwater monitoring pool and other supporting public works.
