At the fine chemical and raw material engineering site of the Panjin Liaobin Coastal Economic and Technological Development Zone, production facilities of the Huajin Aramco project stand tall across a vast area of 13,500 mu (approximately 900 hectares). The construction has now entered its final sprint phase: 28 out of the 32 main production units have achieved mechanical completion, with the overall project progress exceeding 91%. The project is rapidly advancing toward the goal of achieving mechanical completion for all production units within the year, laying a solid foundation for a successful initial startup in 2026.
With a total investment of 83.7 billion yuan, the project spans 13,500 mu and has a refining capacity of 15mt/a. It can annually produce 1.65 million tons of ethylene, 1.26 million tons of propylene, and 2 million tons of para-xylene. The total annual output of chemical products will reach 9.65 million tons, with an oil product yield of 29%. Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate an annual sales revenue of 110 billion yuan.
