The project will start construction in 2023 and is planned to be built in the Tuke Industrial Park in Sulige Economic Development Zone, Inner Mongolia, with a land area of 252 hectares.
A total of 12 units will be built, including 1.2 mt/a ethylene cracking, 400kt/a HDPE (high-density polyethylene), 400kt/a FDPE (fully-densified polyethylene), two sets), 1.3 mt/a CCUS (carbon capture, utilization and storage), and auxiliary production facilities, plant internal public utilities, and a railway special line and living base outside the plant.
The total investment approved for the project is 24.332 billion yuan, with an average annual revenue of 1.254 billion yuan and an average annual profit of 3.127 billion yuan during the production period..
