The 1.2 mt/a ethylene plant of petrochina Guangxi Petrochemical, Refining and Chemical Integration transformation and upgrading Project adopts large-scale ethylene complete sets of technology with independent intellectual property rights of petrochina, mainly producing polymer-grade ethylene, polymer-grade propylene, hydrogenated gasoline, styrene, etc., which is the core device of petrochina Guangxi Petrochemical, refining and chemical integration transformation and upgrading project. It marks that the project has officially entered the stage of large-scale and rapid construction.
The total investment of the project is about 30.5 billion yuan, including the construction of 14 sets of chemical plants such as 1.2 mt/a ethylene cracker, and 2 mt/a diesel oil adsorption and dearomatic two sets of refining plants. It is planned to be delivered successively by the end of 2024, and fully completed and put into operation by 2025.
