The device is designed by SEI (China Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., LTD.) and constructed by the Fifth construction Company of Sinopec. It adopts MIP-CGP technology and can be mixed with 20% heavy oil, which can effectively improve the cracking depth, improve the processing efficiency of heavy raw oil, reduce the ratio of diesel to gasoline, and reduce the output of petroleum coke. Compared with the old plant, which mainly produces gasoline, the new plant can produce light hydrocarbons, and the maximum light hydrocarbon yield can be increased from 19% to 27%.
