1.2 mt/a ethylene cracking + quenching + cracking gas compression + propylene machine unit + 800kt/a cold separation system, 7 sets of production plants (20kt/a octene-1, 100kt/a POE, 140kt/a EVA, 450kt/ar high-density polyethylene, 400kt/a polypropylene, 700kt/a pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation, 700kt/a aromatics extraction device) will be built. The existing 17 sets 10kt/a high density polyethylene device was converted to 60kt/a ultra high molecular weight polyethylene device.
After the implementation of the project, the existing crude oil processing types and processing volumes of the refining system will remain unchanged, and three sets of existing units such as 1.2 mt/a catalytic cracking unit, 3 mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit, and 1.2 mt/a diesel hydrogenation will be adapted to achieve the purpose of increasing ethylene raw materials.
