The project will build a set of 80kt/a isononaic acid plant, which mainly includes units such as hydroformylation reaction, isononaic aldehyde refining, oxidation reaction, isononaic acid products, as well as supporting storage and transportation systems, environmental protection projects, and other public works and auxiliary production facilities relying on the existing facilities of Maoming Petrochemical Refinery area.
The project is mainly to transform the existing 80kt/a ethylene tar comprehensive utilization device, and to add some equipment in the empty site of the existing plant to use the tower reactor heavy oil produced by the transformation device T101 as a raw material to produce lithium battery cathode materials.
The raw materials of the lithium battery anode material production line come from the 80,000 tons/year ethylene tar comprehensive utilization technical transformation device; After the transformation of the 80,000 tons/year ethylene tar comprehensive utilization technology transformation device can achieve two production conditions, only one of the operating conditions a year, the construction unit can switch operation according to market demand.
