Yulong Island refining and chemical integration project is the largest single investment scale in Shandong's history of industrial projects, but also the province's old and new energy conversion landmark project, invested by Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Co., LTD. Among them, the refining plant project is located in the No. 3 island, with a total investment of about 30 billion yuan, covering an area of about 3,926 acres, mainly including No.1 10 mt/a atmospheric distillation unit, No.2 10 mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, 2.6 mt/a slurry bed residue hydrogenation unit and other 35 sets of devices.
The combination of atmospheric pressure and atmospheric pressure device is set in the process, which can adapt to the change of the weight of crude oil to process the crude oil produced by the vast majority of countries, and can achieve the series of opening and stopping and maintenance, supporting the downstream two sets of ethylene, which can realize the continuous supply of the whole series of markets. At the same time, the use of high-efficiency, advanced energy-saving equipment, and through the use of residual heat and residual pressure in the device, to achieve steam cascade utilization, improve energy utilization efficiency.
Priority is given to the use of autonomous technology and equipment to improve the level of autonomy of the device. The project preferentially selects domestic advanced and mature patented technologies, including residuum hydrogenation, diesel hydrogenation modification/cracking, heavy oil catalytic cracking, etc., and the technology localization rate reaches 90%. The core equipment of the project such as atmospheric furnace, vacuum tower, propylene tower and depropane tower are all made in China, and the localization rate of equipment reaches 99.3%. The implementation of the project has effectively promoted the coordinated development of petroleum and petrochemical process technology, equipment manufacturing, new material development and other industries, and effectively guaranteed the safety of the industrial chain and supply chain.
